Immersive Chakra Awakening

Join music therapist Melissa Howard and reiki master Erin Shea in an immersive meditative experience. Each session focuses on 1 of the 7 main energy centers of the body, known as chakras. The facilitators will help participants awaken their energy through the use of sound healing, aromatherapy, crystals, reiki energy healing, and guided visualization. Through the integration of various healing modalities, this becomes an immersive experience unlike anything else offered in the area.

Intro to Spirituality & Astrology

This course encompasses a wide array of spiritual avenues, allowing participants to dip their toes into the world of spirit through exploration of the following: astrology, tarot, angel numbers, crystals, pendulums, oracle, chakras, moon energy, manifesting and more! This ceremony will help you understand what area of life you have the most manifesting potential (according to tropical western astrology) and will help to create a space in which you can get into the frequency of gratitude, peace, and presence so you can mindfully manifest your heart’s desire.

Full Moon Ceremony

A Full Moon ceremony is a powerful way to invoke power and let go of what no longer serves us. The full moon is associated with the energy of release and cleansing, which we will harness to release low vibrational attachments. This ceremony will help you to step out of old patterns and into new ways of being that serve your highest good. This ceremony will focus on meditation, presence, release, and will assist individuals in gaining awareness about the collective astrological energy and how it affects one on an individual basis.

Intro to Tarot Readings

Tarot is one of the most well-known divination tools, but also one of the most elusive to understand. With 78 unique cards and different ways to interpret their meaning, it can be intimidating to begin learning tarot. A traditional tarot reading involves a seeker (someone who is looking for answers to personal questions) and a reader (someone who knows how to interpret the cards). In this class, I will help you begin your journey to becoming a reader.

Women's Empowerment: Warrior Goddess Training

This is a course, for women, focusing on growth and empowerment through deep personal introspection. Each week you will be challenged to answer a number of questions, some of which include: How do you give your power away? Where do you attempt to control your life and others? What do you hang on to from the past and how can you heal it and clear anything that no longer serves your highest good? What are your limiting stories, beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors? You will have the opportunity to process struggles and victories with the group and to benefit from a healing process experienced with the support of others. The purpose of the class is to identify ways your life is not working and empower yourself with opportunities for change through daily practice. If you want to intimately know yourself, take your power back, and work toward living your best life, this is the class for you!

Focus the mind, body, and soul through a variation of visualization and breathing to calm one’s emotions. Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. You can also use it to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming. Meditation can help you learn to stay centered and keep inner peace.
